During lockdown everyone is finding a way to increase the immunity to fight the pandemic and for that everyone needs a good diet plus exercises will boost immunity.

It is the best exercise for the lower body it builds quadriceps, glutes,calves.squats should be done properly so that it will help building the lower body.It should be done at least 20 reps daily And should increase by 5 reps every week .

                      pushups the perfect exercise for the upper body.pushups strengthen the arms ,biceps, triceps,chest,and back. By doing pushups variations like diamond pushup, downward dog pushup arms and triceps get stronger.If you want to strengthen the upper body then do at least 20 reps.


Plank hold



If you want rock hard and then give it a try and hold the above position for at least a minute.This will definitely burn belly fat and if you do this exercise daily then one you can get your abs like an professional gymmer.
