Nowadays people gets easily frustrated because of many things which happens in life reason is that Office pressure work load any thing which makes the person feel like it's a pressure and we have to get rid of it as soon as possible. Music is best medicine for stress . It makes you happy and changes your mood it make our brain relaxed that is the reason that when you watch any movie you feel relaxed by the music .
