Note the following precautions while doing yoga:
- The movements should be slow.
- The last posture in a yoga sana should be maintained for at least 10 minutes. While returning to normal position movement should be slow .
- Before and after doing yoga remember don't eat anything and drink for half hour .
- The best time for doing yoga is morning and with an empty stomach.
- While doing yogasanas , you should inhale and exhale normally. If the respiration sped increases take rest and fo shavasana.
- Begin your yogasana with suryanamaskar and end with shavasan.
- While doing yoga remember that do nt bend your body to full extent it could lead to muscle pain .
