Yoga is an invaluable gift of India to mankind. It leads to physical ,mental and spiritual development.💪

Note the following precautions while doing yoga:

  1. The movements should be slow.
  2.  The last posture in a yoga sana should be maintained for at least 10 minutes. While returning to normal position movement should be slow .
  3.  Before and after doing yoga remember don't eat anything  and drink for half hour .
  4.  The best time for doing yoga is morning and with an empty stomach.
  5.  While doing yogasanas , you should inhale and exhale normally. If the respiration sped increases take rest and fo shavasana.
  6. Begin your yogasana with suryanamaskar and end with shavasan.
  7. While doing yoga remember that do nt bend your body to full extent it could lead to muscle pain .
